Puto Cake
1 1/2 cup Cake Flour (measured then sift)
3/4 cup White Sugar
1 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp Refined salt

1 cup Fresh Milk
Grated Cheese

Toppings of your Choices
-Cheese
-Salted Egg
-Ham
-Bacon

-Mix all the dry Ingredients.
- Add the Milk and grated cheese into the dry ingredients.Mix well.Set Aside.

For Meringue
4 pcs Large Egg Whites
3/4 cup Refined Whitee Sugar
1/4 tsp COT

-Put the ingredient inside the bowl, Beat until light and fluffy or firm peak.
-Combine batter at ang meringue mix lng po or cut and fold.
-Be careful po sa mixing baka magdeflate, dont overmix it po.

Assemble the Puto Cake
-Arrange the molder maglagay ng cupcake liner at magscoop ng Puto Cake batter sa molder.
-Ilagay sa steamer at Steam ng 20 mins.
-Medium to high heat ang apoy.
-After ng 20 mins ilabas sa steamer at lumamon nah..wahahaha.

YIELD: 33 pcs
