Puto Pao/Puto cake is a Filipino steamed puto usually served on special occasion and as snacks. Puto pao is filling with pork asado and topped with salted egg and cheese. Soft and Fluppy puto is easy to prepare.

INGREDIENTS:
PUTO BATTER
1 1/2 Cup Cake Flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 Cup sugar
3/4 cup water

MERINGUE
4 Egg Whites
1/4 cup sugar

FILLING
1/2 Cup ground pork
1 onion minced
Season with Ground black pepper and sugar
3 Tablespoon oyster sauce

TOPPINGS
Salted egg
Cheese sliced
