White Flower Steamed Cake

Right Ingredients and method written below ,due to the lack of explanation ..follow the recipe below
INGREDIENTS
100 grams RICE FLOUR /ordinary rice or use plain flour if you worry about using rice flour ,but i used rice flour here ..
90 ml FRESH MILK not coconut milk
3 tbsp SUGAR
1 tsp any COOKING OIL not coconut oil
3 drops vanilla essence

combine all ingredients ..mix well
pour batter in in cups moulder you like
steamed in high level fire for about 15 minutes
then done ...
