Yema Spread - Dulce de Leche in 15 Minutes | Food Business Recipe w/ Complete Costing
Base on my observation for better and spreadable consistency it is better to cook it for only 5 minutes or until the caramel just dissolved as it continues to thicken while it's cooling. For larger batch cook it for 10 minutes.

Ingredients and Prices
300 ml Condensed Milk "alaska" = ₱ 39
1 Large Egg Yolk = ₱ 5
3 tbsp White Sugar = ₱ 1.62
3 tbsp Unsalted Butter "Dairy Cream" = ₱ 11.1
1 pc Calamansi Juice = ₱ 0.5
1/4 tsp Vanila Extract = ₱ 0.7
1/8 tsp Iodized Salt = ₱ 0.04
Total Ingredient Cost = ₱ 57.9
Other Expenses = (portion of transpo, gas, etc.) = ₱ 5
Total Expenses = ₱ 62.9
SRP base on Market Prize = ₱ 120php/350ml Bottle
Total Potential Profit Per 350ml Bottle = 57.1 php
This costing is for small entrepreneur who want to start at low with 10 to 20 pcs production. If you are planing to take this into higher volume of production like 100 and above please adjust for manpower expense and other expenses that might affect when increasing the volume of production.
Prices of Ingredients are based on mall prices like SM Supermarket, Puregold, etc wich is more expensive. If you can buy this ingredients in wet markets and other cheaper groceries you can minimize your ingredients expense and maximize your profit.
