looks like YEMA CAKE but Puto Bibingka inside and Ensaymada Flavor outside..Try this for Christmas ..

3 beaten eggs

1/2 cup sugar
1 cup coconut milk
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt


toppings..
sweet mixed cream cheese..(ensaymada flavor)
grated cheese
