Ingredients
50g butter,softened
100g sugar
2 eggs
150ml coconut milk
45ml milk
115g rice flour
1&1/2 tsp baking powder
50 macapuno
2 salted eggs
cheese for topping

Oven Temperature
190℃ for 15 minutes
190℃ for 10~15 minutes
(25~30 minutes total)
170℃ convection oven

Bibingka (US measurement)

1/4c butter
3/4c sugar( 3/4c less if using granulated sugar if you don't like too sweet)
2 L eggs
3/4c coconut milk
4 tbsp milk
3/4c rice flour
1&1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4c macapuno
2 salted eggs
