1 cup rice flour
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup water, to dilute ground annatto seeds
2 tsp ground annatto seeds (astuete)
2 tsp lye water (lihiya)
1 Tbsp oil, for brushing kutsinta moulds
1/2 cup grated coconut, for toppings
