Puto (Eggless)
How to make puto.
EGGLESS PUTO CHEESE
Yield: 15 pcs. small puto
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. powdered milk
1 tbsp. melted butter (oil or margarine)
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
cheese (toppings)
NOTE:
If you are going to use evaporated milk, you may add 1/4 cup. But put less water. Make it 1/2 cup water only.
