Here's a simple recipe of

PUTCHINTA

FOR KUTCHINTA

1/2 cup cassava Flour
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup evap
1 cup water
1 tbsp lye water
1/4 tsp. Food color

FOR PUTO

1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp Melted Butter
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup of water
