Bibingkang Malagkit | Ep. 48 | Mortar and Pastry

Bibingkang Malagkit is a traditional Filipino dessert made of glutinous rice, sugar and coconut milk. It has a very rich coconut flavor and very easy to make. It is best enjoyed with coffee, tea or hot chocolate!

Ingredients:
5 cups (1 kg) glutinous rice
Cook rice with sufficient water or pangalawang piga (for this I added 5 cups pangalawang piga)
3 1/2 cups brown sugar
2 3/4 cups pure coconut milk (3 niyog purong piga)
